Thank you for shopping with Luna Goddess Jewellery! Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Methods & Rates:

    • UK Tracked 48: Free Shipping

    • UK Tracked 24: £1.50

    • International Tracked Shipping: £8.00

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United Kingdom and international countries except the EU and Northern Ireland.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delays: Please allow extra time during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels:
    While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely, Luna Goddess Jewellery cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed once they are with the postal service. If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by their country upon delivery. Luna Goddess Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
