How My Love for Crystals Turned Into a Small Business ✨

Hi Magical Beings!! ✨

I’m Jade, the creator behind Luna Goddess Jewellery and this is officially my first ever blog post (eep!). I thought I’d start by sharing a bit of the journey behind one of the most-loved parts of my shop: Crystal Jewellery 💫

I’ve always been a creative person and will happily put my hand to anything. My toxic trait? Believing that with enough time, patience, and the right tools, I can figure out literally anything 😅 I’ve also always been drawn to the more spiritual side of life, crystals, tarot, energy, goddesses, nature… all of it has had a quiet pull on me for as long as I can remember. So it’s really no surprise that I eventually found myself crafting with crystals.

The idea to make crystal jewellery actually started in the most chaotic way: my brother came home one day with a big chunk of rose quartz. My very first thought? “If I break this up into little pieces, I could make a lot of really cute rose quartz stud earrings.” 😬 Safe to say… that did not go to plan. I quickly learned that smashing a crystal with a hammer is not the vibe (and honestly, I still feel bad for that poor rose quartz).

But that little fail turned out to be a big turning point. It led me down a rabbit hole of research and that’s when I discovered crystal chip beads. Tiny, beautiful, ready-to-use pieces that didn’t require destruction. That’s where my first creations were born, and I haven’t looked back since 💖 With these I was able to create necklaces, earrings, bracelets and more. I loved the idea that I could carry crystals with me wherever I went in the form of jewellery.

I started attending local crystal and holistic fairs not just to add to my personal collection, but to find the perfect beads and stones to turn into something wearable. And somewhere along the way… I made a bestseller. That’s when Luna Goddess Jewellery really started to grow.

It’s still wild to think about how a single idea (and one slightly crushed crystal) led to this whole little business I get to run. Whether you love crystals for their beauty, their meaning, or just the way they make you feel, I hope you can see the care and joy that goes into every piece I make.
