A lot of love and care goes into each and every order so we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: Handmade jewellery items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged, due to hygiene reasons.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return or report a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
